Welcome to My Well-Being Toolkit Project

This project is to explore the importance and value of maintaining positive wellbeing in everyday life through the research of mental health conditions, support services and comprehending how a person's sense of self can be impacted. 

 

The driving question put forth is:

How can we maintain and improve the mental well-being of MSB students? 

 

In my blog, I have a range of posts that consist of what is mental well-being?, the P-O-W-E-R acroynm, how can you improve your mental well-being? and the most important post being my Well-Being toolkit. 

 

My toolkit will show positive ways that we can help to maintain and improve our mental well-being through a number of activities.
